We understand that sometimes, even the most inspiring items might not meet your expectations or fit your needs perfectly. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy, ensuring that our relationship with you continues to bloom, even if you decide to return our product.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Blossom purchase meets your expectations. If you feel that it doesn’t, we welcome you to initiate a return within this period.
Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We believe in the cycle of inspiration and would love for the product to inspire someone else if it didn’t quite fit your journey.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns may be initiated via blossom@things-tt.com In your email, please include your order details and the reason for your return. Our team is here to help make this process seamless for you.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include any accessories, manuals, or promotional items that came along with the product.

Ship It Back: Pick up will be arranged and outlined in an email response. In some instances, we may request a drop off at an outlined location.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item within the previously outlined period, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued. A shipping charge will be applied, and a restocking fee may also be incurred, depending on the item. These details will be sent in an email.

Exchanges

We understand that your journey with us is about finding products you love and enjoy. If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the item you wish to return and place a new order for your desired product.
The value of the desired product will be matched against the amount paid and the difference will either be credited or requested.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and approved for a refund.

Fraud and Dishonesty Clause

At Blossom, we operate with integrity and trust, and we expect the same from our customers. Our return policy is designed to be fair and generous, but it is also robustly protected against abuse. We actively monitor returns and exchanges for signs of fraud, misuse, and dishonesty, such as:
⦁ Returning items that were not purchased from our store.
⦁ Repeated return requests indicative of use (purchasing with the intent to use and then return).
⦁ Returning items that have been altered, damaged, or used in a way that significantly diminishes their value.
⦁ Making false claims about the condition of the returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds and to terminate the business relationship with any customer found to be engaging in fraudulent or dishonest activities. Such actions may also result in the reporting of these activities to the appropriate legal authorities.
Our commitment is to ensure a transparent, fair, and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers while safeguarding our brand against fraudulent practices. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our return process.

Returns due to Failed Delivery and Rejected Orders

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after two attempts (for reasons outside of natural phenomenon such as flood and rain; or traffic) and the package is returned, the order will be considered rejected. In such cases:

  1. Delivery Reissue: Customers may request the delivery to be reissued; however, free delivery benefits will not apply. Additional delivery charges may be incurred.

  2. Stock Availability: Rejected orders are subject to stock availability at the time of reissue. This may result in:

    • Unavailability of some or all items in the original order.
    • Partial fulfillment of the order based on available stock.
    • Delayed delivery of items, even if the same products are available.
  3. Rejection Fee: A rejection fee will apply for returned orders due to failed delivery attempts.
