Use of the Site and Service

⦁ You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website and using the services provided by Blossom by Things TT.
⦁ You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
⦁ Publishing any website material in any media;
⦁ Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any website material;
⦁ Publicly performing and/or showing any website material;
⦁ Using this website in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this website or to Things TT;
⦁ Using this website in any way that impacts user access to this website.

Purchases and Payment

Users agree to pay all prices and fees due for purchases made at Blossom by Things TT. All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Return Policy.

Delivery

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock before processing is completed, you will be notified by telephone and a full refund will be made to you using the original method of payment. If payment has not yet been made, you will be notified and your order will be cancelled.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery within Trinidad and Tobago. Shipments outside of Trinidad and Tobago are not available at this time.

From time to time we have a ‘Free Delivery’ promotion. The value of the FREEDELIVERY coupon is $35 unless stated otherwise.  

Processing & Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Should you have any changes to your order after placing it, contact us via email at blossom@things-tt.com within 12 hours to speak with one of our representatives who will try to accommodate you. Please note that once an order has been dispatched to our Courier, we can no longer make any changes.

All orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days, exceptional circumstances notwithstanding. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. Delivery will be made between 8 am and 5 pm on any particular day.

Delivery and Payment Method

We are committed to ensuring the safe, sound and prompt delivery of all our customer orders. To fulfill this commitment, we may use CSF Couriers or TTPost. On occasion, we may be required to use another service provider, but we will disclose to any customer impacted by such a decision.

At check out you will be prompted to choose the Pay on Delivery option (Linx, and Credit Card) or you can pay on the website via WiPay using your Credit Card. Cash will not be accepted to ensure the safety of all parties.

User Accounts

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blossom by Things TT, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Blossom by Things TT, including its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Blossom by Things TT from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Blossom by Things TT is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Things TT is established, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
